Deb Yandala, Chief Executive Officer of the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park, says that 20 percent of the visitors to the park come from out of state. That's one reason that the park is going to build a new visitors center. The Conservancy raises funds and otherwise supports the beautiful 33,000-acre park between Akron and Cleveland. It's a real treasure for our area. You can become a member of the Conservancy by donating $45 a year. Doing so will help ensure that the park will be here for everyone to enjoy for decades to come. For more information, visit the Conservancy's website.
